It's a free process to file claims, any veteran can get free assistance through the VA or VSO which one must go through anyway to process a claim. So pay $10 for a book or get free professional help? I challenged this man on social media. Instead of answering my questions he resorted to slurs. He blocked me when I questioned his professionalism and credentials. The only person who reviewed this book is his father. For being an author you have horrible grammar and spelling. Good luck to my real Veterans out there.
One might wonder why I would give this book 5 stars when it hasn't even been delivered? That can be answered in one word, guilt. I was an alcoholic, abusive, rarely present, mean but tender, somewhat loving father. And my son promised that if I bought his book, he'd stop calling me.

Bob has taken a complex process and translated for knuckle-draggers like me. Excellent step-by-step process! Definitely get this BEFORE you get out/retire.
